The RailPark Rendezvous is a signature fundraising event for the Historic RailPark and Train Museum. This event is an annual event, with the 2023 Rendezvous being the third to have taken place to fundraise for the nonprofit.
For the 2023 RailPark Rendezvous, the event was themed “Fire and Ice” and included a cocktail hour, dinner, live performance, and a silent auction.
The RailPark Rendezvous aims to bring together the community to celebrate the Friends of L&N Depot nonprofit’s efforts.
2023 Marketing Objective: Target the Rendezvous to sophisticated couples who are looking to give their discretionary income to a local cause.

Digital Marketing Campaign
To cultivate the 2023 digital marketing campaign for Rendezvous, all content was created to highlight the grandiose elements of the evening... including a live performance for a relatively intimate audience. All content created to resemble advertisement for a charity gala, where it highlighted the importance of the event’s intentions of fundraising but also appealed to those who prefer to “relish” rather than harp over the details of what projects need to be funded and where the money will come from.
